The Belden Apartments are located directly across the street from the Lincoln Park Student Center
and offer convenient access to the Schmitt Academic Center. Belden units are available for
sophomores
and offer a variety of apartment styles for two to four residents each.
Each apartment has a full kitchen, living room, and private bath(s) as well as individually controlled
air-conditioning. As with all DePaul campus housing, the Belden Apartments are fully-furnished,
though students are welcomed to bring additional items that follow campus housing policy where space
permits. Laundry rooms for these apartments are located in the basement level of 1022 Belden.
